This is a college level physics textbook, which discusses Dr. Land's experiments in color vision (prior to Land publishing and naming his theory 'Retinex'). There is a laid in hand-written letter from John Finn Siau dated 10/30/1964, thanking Land for permission to discuss color experiments on pp 443-445.
